Agapanthus Streamline
Suitable for those hot sunny banks, edging driveways or as a stand-alone plant in the border. It will cope with dry, almost drought conditions, and poorer soil, Long flowering period, from late winter well into summer. The Individual light-blue flower heads are not huge but the mass of stems and the lengthy display makes this a super landscaping plant. Height 60cm With 50cm.
Plant in well drained soil. does ok in poor soil. Full sun. hardy
General Herbaceous & Perennial Planting and care
- Water the pot thoroughly and allow to drain fully.
- Dig a hole twice the size of the pot being planted and fork over the base. Adding some planting compost.
- Remove the pot gently, if well rooted cut off the pot.
- Ensure that the top of the Root ball is level with the surrounding soil.
- Replace the remaining soil and heel in, water the area thoroughly.
- Water regular until established.
- Apply some general fertiliser every spring.
